Free tracked shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimums, no hidden fees at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are picked, quality-checked and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 12–20 business days after dispatch
Most orders arrive in the middle of these ranges. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) carriers can add a few extra days — we'll flag any known delays on our Facebook page and by email.
Tracking your order
Every parcel ships with a tracking number. Enter it in your dispatch email, or just reply to any order email and we'll look it up for you.
Duties and customs
Prices shown at checkout include the product price and shipping. For orders delivered outside the UK, your local customs authority may apply import charges — these are set by your country and outside our control.
Something wrong or delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at supporthometronicslab@gmail.com or via our contact page and we'll chase it with the carrier — and if it's genuinely lost, we'll replace or refund it in full. See our refund policy for details.
